Shipping & Returns

Every Core Memory Club tee is made to order and printed in-house. We take our time to make sure your order is right before it ships.

Processing Time

Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before it ships. We are a small operation and every shirt goes through quality checks before it leaves our hands.

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Shipping transit time is in addition to processing time.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free shipping on US orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged based on weight at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.

Exchanges

Because each shirt is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However we want you to love your tee, so here is how we handle it:

  • Wrong size? We will exchange it for the correct size. Reach out within 14 days of delivery.
  • Something arrived wrong? If there is a print issue, defect, or we made an error on your order, we will make it right with a replacement at no cost to you.
  • Not what you expected? Reach out and we will do our best to find a solution. We handle every situation individually.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for an exchange. Sale items are final sale.
